BBQ Pizza - yummy and fun to make!

Tonight I decided that I would make homemade BBQ'd pizza.  Drew went shopping earlier for all of the necessary ingredients: dough from Z-Pizza, pizza sauce, cheese, salami, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and pineapple.

Flour a wood cutting board or your counter top and roll it out with a floured rolling pin.  Once you have them rolled out brush with olive oil and place on a floured cookie sheet.

The key is to get your BBQ very hot and then turn down the flame to low and place the dough on the grill.  It will take approx. 3 minutes and you'll need a sharp knife to pop the air bubbles that appear.

Once the bottom is done, flip the crust over and add your desire ingredients.  Close the lid and cook for approx. 5-8 minutes.  Depending on how hot your grill cooks will determine how long it will take. Keep close eye on it as it tends to cook fast.

This one is shaped like a Pac-Mac ghost...purely accidental.
